Last week a number of our Year 11 students participated in the @abcnoz program, Interview 2 Impress workshop, at the CBA Headquarters in South Eveleigh. This was a face to face Interactive workshop to help students build confidence and interview skills.
Interview 2 Impress is designed to equip high school students with the practical skills needed to engage in employment options beyond school. Students each had a mentor who shared their own career journeys and challenges and helped them prepare for interviews. Students were able to test and practice the theory they have learnt at school with their mentors in a realistic interview situation. Mentors provided feedback and advice based on their own interview experiences.
