On Monday morning, BGHS and our principal, Mrs Bilali, hosted some very special guests. Twenty-five Metropolitan South and West School Performance Directorate principals were invited to attend a roundtable meeting with the Hon Sarah Mitchell MLC, Minister for Education and Early Childhood Learning.
The purpose of the roundtable was to enable the Minister to hear from principals regarding their views on emerging "big picture" educational issues and how to ensure the Directorate continues to provide the best standards of educational delivery for all students into the future.
While the meeting had a very serious agenda, it was also an opportunity for our wonderful BGHS Hospitality and Music students to welcome and entertain our guests. We are very proud of their dedication and wish to thank all the families who had a very early start for this event. Special thanks too to Miss Carpenter, Mrs Mircevski, the TAS/CAPA staff and students. #LoveWhereYouLearn
