Over the past 4 weeks, Year 9 have been working on Project Global: #SaveTheTurtles.
As part of the STEAM initiative in HSIE, students were asked to create an awareness campaign on the impact of plastic in the ocean - specifically on sea turtles. Our students created sculptures made entirely of recycled plastics and videos highlighting the magnitude of this issue.
Here are the two winning teams of Project Global 2022. Congratulations! We hope they enjoy their movie tickets and desserts!
